Sorry for didn’t recommend you the GPU but I’d rather recommend you the Intel 10th gen or later iGPU. Because encoding capability wise it’s similar to what the Intel Alchemist dGPU. Also based on the testing by EposVox, with the same bitrate Intel Quick Sync tend to give you better quality than NVENC and VCE. 9.
